I wash with a two-bucket system; one for rinse water and one for soapy water. I use only automotive grade detergent to wash (better lubricating agents ++). I use clean, high quality microfiber cloths and high quality clay bars.

I use a variety of professional buffing pads and polishing compounds depending on the paint condition.  I use two professional Porter Cable XP7424 buffers – one for large surfaces, one for small ones.

I wash, polish and protect the paint as if it was my car, every time  🙂

As a kid, I would shine my HotWheel cars.  They never saw dirt, they were only used inside.  That would explain where I am today – enjoying making cars shiney 🙂
